Ew.

I see I haven’t written anything here since April when I poked my head up and looked around and saw Trump telling us all to smile and imagine the butterflies flitting around and to go outside and shop and kiss people on the lips and dream of the safe, lovely day and how Covid 19 would soon be gone and…well, things haven’t much changed since then.

Trump is still telling people that Covid is fake news. As I write this the little feifdom in Trump’s head  is planning a rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma. All of the MAGA people are going to gather to breathe on each other to show how superior they are in every conceivable way.

So many people are so conceited these days. It’s amazing to me. Trump especially. I see pictures of him with that blazing golden hair and am just overtaken with how pathetic he is. It’s hard to even write or talk about what is going on anymore. He has done so many atrocious things. They either spew out of his mouth or come in the form of the destruction of policies that protect Americans.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen him do something for the American people. Everything is for billionaires and Christians who are all in on racism. Every day something else vile oozes from him somehow and yet half the country, if you asked them, would explode in anger about Hillary’s emails at any time to illustrate what a great guy he is. But what about the way he’s destroying democracy, standing up for racism, dictatorship-ifying institutions, fighting to eliminate health care for those with pre-existing conditions?

If I had a better memory I could write an entire book on the shit that he’s done, but I just can’t pull it all down. The garbage comes daily, at least one or two big dumps having to do with either a vile and dangerous direction he’s taking or straight out policy meant to harm us. It’s amazing. He’s just flooding us with sewage and yet people love him. They adore him. He’s the most beautiful person in the world.

To me he’s just a guy who wishes he was a dictator and is beholden to Vladimir Putin who is laughing and laughing and laughing at us as he prepares the next round of villainy by cheating us out of our next election. And the most “patriotic” among us breathe out and worship the Russian God and his American God counterpart because of it.

It’s hard to write through such disgust.
